Sales Rep did cancel contract so he could still receive his commission!!
<p>On the 02/11/2015 I contacted the trudon rep Neil Geswind to cancel our contracts with Trudon. He advised me to send the request in writing which I emailed to him, which was read on by him on the very same day. After numerous emails and telephone calls to the call centre as well as queries logged on the Trudon website, there has been no response to my query as to whether it had been done. When I received the business telkom account today the 29/06/2016 it showed that this should be the last month of payment as we had paid for 12 months. After contacting the call centre to confirm that this would be our last month with Trudon she informed me that there was no request received for cancellation and that the amount of R2418.00 for Trudon advertising will still continue for the next 12 months. So Mr Geswind did not follow-up on the request to cancel so that he can still receive his commission!!</p>
With regards to the above mentioned complaint, I just received a call from Neil Geswind to apologise for his error regarding the above matter. I know his name was mentioned in my email but just to let the management and staff know that I have been in contact with the call centre on numerous occasions as well, logging complaints on the trudon website yet this is the first time that they have followed up on my query as well. I have worked in a call centre before and the service given was disappointing as well, if management can please look into making sure that they provide reference numbers to all clients so that the client can make sure they have proof of queries they have logged. Thank you to Neil Geswind for the apologies regarding the delay of the cancellation, I know that life happens and certain things do slip up but my query has now been resolved and again thank you for taking the time and effort to apologise as well as cancelling the contract with immediate effect. Also thank you to Charnene for following up on on my complaint as well.
