Ridiculous service

I called 10118 to request a number for JD Group, as I was not sure of where they are based i asked the agent I was speaking to to search for their head office. He rudely interrupted me and said it’s impossible to get headoffice numbers as he also doesn’t know where exactly it is unless I give him a location... I am upset over this as I have always been calling 10118 regarding this and I was always assisted, I’m completely disappointed with the service that I got. The number I used to call was ********** , I need a recording of this and something must be done with the gentleman as he even refused to give me his name and hung up. I need this sorted out
