Repeated unauthorized billing!!

Just checked my account and thousands of rands have been billed and taken by a so called "Directory Service Charge" that I know absolutely NOTHING about! Who gave this company my details and WHY does Telkom not ask questions or verify with me as their client that I consented to this! After all, I am getting a bill from TELKOM with this on! Someone should be regulating this! What is going on with TRUDON & TELKOM!???? I've sent my email to Trudon waiting on a response, apparently wil take up to 7 days to review this case ! If I don't here from then soon, legal action will be taken!
