Really bad service
I signed an agreement with Neil three weeks ago and he promised some artwork for the facebook add would be sent to me. Since then I have been trying to get hold of him by leaving a message on his cell number and with the reception. Have had no luck so I went through to his manager, Simone who promised to call me back within half an hour. It is now 4 hours later and still, no-one has called. I am now wanting to cancel the contract which I am entitled to do but its impossible to get through to anyone.
