Poor Service

Good day,

I have been trying to cancel the Trudon Contract for 2 years and from April have called numerous times on numerous numbers given by Telkom... Telkom cannot cancel this contract on my Telkom account and i have even emailed ***, i received a response and a ticket number and was told that i would be contacted within 24 hours and to no avail... Im seriously disappointed by the lack of service and totally frustrated....
