Poor Poor Unscrulous lack of Service

Year in and year out Trudon harrass businesses such as mine on listing fees, which never were agreed to. Last year I went legal and won my case, they were forced to cancel and refund me. Low and behold after catagorically stating that I want nothing to do with their unscrupolous organization, they billed me again!

I am due a refund for this year of R3800 addressed in writing by George Mokola. He forwarded the refund request to "Finance" I received a ticket number after following up as you cannot get to talk to anyone personally.

Their so called ticket reference promises a 24 hour response. Well various e mails and two ticket numbers (205581 and 206775) have resulted in absolutly no contact!

I wonder where to from here? Legal yet again.
