Poor, poor, shocking service!
<p>As a business we have attempted to cancel our WEB2050 and YP2016 charges that we never agreed to and never requested. These charges are close to R2,000 a month in cases and are unaffordable. You never get anyone at Trudon who can do anything and those that prmise to do it never do. A *******!</p>

We have had written feedback that they will credit overdue amounts where they cannot verify that we ordered them, total credit due about R5,000. We await our next Telkom account with bated breath. Good service and quick response from Vumelani Madlala. Well done Trudon,
