Poor Customer Service And ******* Invoicing

This is still ongoing from March 2023. Got Hariet Mdluli from Trudon not assisting to now resolve interest being charged monthly through Telkom charged on R 1.04 with R 0.01 interest every month. Trudon and their staff are absolutely useless. How can any business trust them with advertising if they cannot even get a simple basic matter such as cancelation of advertising and not charging interest after cancelation. Every month we receive this invoice from Telkom with R0.01 interest charged on a contract which was canceled in March 2023.
