PAYING FOR GOOGLE ADS NOT APPEARING IN 6MTHS

We signed a contract with Trudon in June last year to promote our business on GOOGLE ads. We are being billed monthly approx R1000 via our Telkom account. For the first TWO months nothing appeared. It worked for a few months and for the past 4 MONTHS no ads have appeared. The rep ignores all our calls, we have emailed several times and called headoffice. NO JOY. We would like TRUDON to credit our account with for the 6 months of NO ads and to get this sorted and us on GOOGLE ads ASAP.
