Do Not fall for this company's tactics to **** you.

I was called by this company to be listed in the yellow pages. I did not agree or opt in to be listed. Yet they constantly contact me and threaten my business with blacklisting.

Patricia Mkhonza Then consistanly harasses my staff for payment of R 11,771.40

I have thus handed over to my attorneys and advised Trudon and Patricia not to contact me or my staff yet today she continued. Then sends follow up emails lying in writing.

Dear Sir / Madam

FINAL REMINDER AND BLACKLISTING NOTICE

Account Reference: Cabrinha Kite Surfing Shop - ***

You are hereby notified that your account held with Trudon (Pty) Ltd t/a Yellow Pages is overdue and we therefore demand from you immediate payment of the sum of R 11,771.40

in respect of advertising services rendered which you have to date failed to pay.

In terms of the National Credit Act N0 34 of 2005, I am obliged to advise you, as per the requirements of section 129 and 130 of the said Act, that you may approach for guidance a debt counsellor, alternative dispute resolution agent, consumer court or ombudsman with jurisdiction, with the intent that the parties resolve any dispute under the agreement or develop and agree on a plan to bring the payments under the agreement up to date.

Kindly advice our office within 14 (fourteen) working days of the date hereof, the options available to you, of how this debt will be settled. Failure to do so will result in this account being handed over to our attorneys for collection. Your account will be blacklisted with ITC without any further notification. All costs shall be for your account.

Dear Patricia, I refer you to our previous correspondence as well as your e-mail below. We have reviewed the recording that you provided us with. Trudon’s telephonic discussion with our client was patently misleading and deceptive. Our client did not enter into any valid agreement with Trudon for the provision of any services. As such my client is not indebted to Trudon (Pty) Ltd t/a Yellow Pages to any extent. Kindly note that any legal action will be vigorously defended. We have also been instructed to report Trudon to the relevant Consumer Protector for investigation of Trudon’s unfair business practices.
