Pathetic Service

<p>In February 2016 I cancelled our listing in the white pages. Imagine my surprise when I received an account in July with double the contract amount on our telephone account. I contacted Shameemah Davids on 13 July and she stated that it would be rectified and credited and that someone would contact me on the day. Two days later, after receiving no communication from them, I contacted her again to be told that it would be confirmed once done. A week later and I am still playing the waiting game. We have a problem as our debit order amount is for R1000 max per month. With this double contract value loaded and being over R1000 this would result in the debit order being returned. This is a reflection on the customer which in this case is not at fault but Trudon. </p> <p>I demand that this be resolved NOW!</p>
