Pathetic Customer service and no feedback or response
I have phoned several times to cancel the pathetic advertising and crazy fees related to this! I was told to email Customer Services, I have emailed several times since the 27 Sep and just get a standard reply: "We have received your query and will get back to you as soon as we can", but no reply or response or cancellation of the ads!!
