Paid but Company still blacklisted after payment made!!!

I was given an account from this nonsense company for an amount of about R1500 owing by my company in which this nonsense company handed my company over to Dadic Attorneys they use for debt collection and initially i made an arrangement to pay in two months but decided to pay the whole amount in full before the arrangement term, i then emailed the proof of payment directly to Dadic Attorneys after Nicolene George stated that Trudon did not receive any payment. Now after making that payment and sending proof to this Dadic Attorneys, my company Lulama and Jaytee Investments have been blacklisted!! This is *******, nonsense service and this Trudon **** company must resolve this, they must remove this blacklisting and send a formal apology for their incompetence. They have damaged my companies reputation and credit record... This is their mess and i want it sorted by close of business today or a higher authority needs to contact me for escalation purposes!!! Please do not call me asking for proof of payment again as i will flip more... You people must find the proof and sort this out ASAP.... I am highly frustrated and tell your agents to stop calling me everyday as this account was paid... All you need to do is close this account and leave me the hell alone!!!
