Non-responsive

I have been receiving a monthly invoice from Trudon for the last 4 months since cancelling services with Telkom. Every time I receive the invoice, I email Trudon (various email addresses used to date) requesting a copy of the service agreement. No-one replies. No-one at their offices to speak to. Trudon, your non-responsive attitude is a disgrace. I would advise anyone considering using their services, don't! If multiple people can't reply to a simple email, how reliable are they in delivering a service?? To get an automatic reply, the only reply I have ever received "...my laptop was taken for repairs so expect some delays in response...", what a joke!
