No Service / Can't get in touch with anyone

I recently agreed to take out a block ad in the yellow pages in the Durban directory and my ad came back incorrectly where amendments needed to be made with a description. This was yesterday at around 9am. I have still not received the required amendments. I have been trying to get a hold of my rep Ciona Seetaram who is apparently on leave and her manager Sandra Walker. I have left numerous voice messages for them both but none were returned. I also called the JHB office to be put through to someone who can help me only to have the receptionist send me through to a voicemail inbox that's full. My concern is that no-one is attending to my ad and from what I was told it needs to be done ASAP as the Durban directory goes to print shortly. This is really unprofessional service I should not be wrestling for customer service which should be the norm.
