No response or assistance to cancel service

I have been battling for 3 months to try and get the service cancelled. After 2 ticket numbers (that no one is working on) numerous emails that gets ignored, no one answers the *** number, and if they do, they advice you to email them. The *** doesn't work anymore as they "work from home"?? HOW DOES ONE GET HOLD OF THIS COMPANY?
