No Response

<p>I called Trudon on 9/11/2016 to cancel my white and yellow pages services for 2017 and I was told to do it in writing via email. The consultant by the name of Moya was extremely rude and uninterested in hearing me out. My Telkom Account number is 3 ********** 00001 and Trudon ref numbers are 00 ********** 4 and 00 ********** 0. I wrote the email to ********** to cancel the services for next year. All I got was an automatic response from Ndaba Nkomo saying that someone will contact me soon. I wrote another email 5 days later on the 14/11/2016 to the same email address and again received an automatic response from the same person Mr Ndaba Nkomo. Nine days later no one has contacted me yet. What is the point in telling me to write a letter and no one responds. Trudon only cares about making money and they don't give a damn about the customer.</p>
