NO REPONSE!! REQUEST TO CANCEL CONTRACT BEING IGNORED!

I have been emailing since October 2021 to cancel the 'contract' and billing. I have emailed to the email address on their invoice, to the accounts department, lodged complaints on their website (received 2 x ticket numbers) and STILL no response or result. We are being billed for a service that we do not require and want to cancel. We did not in the first place agree to the 'contract renewal'.

It is ridiculous beyond comprehension trying to contact or speak to an agent!!
