NO KNOWLEDGE OF CONTRACTS
I have attempted to cancel a Trudon/Telkom contract which i believe has not been legally secured. After several attempts by way of calls and emails, I havenot had any response as to the status of my matter.
I am concerned that they abuse their relationshipwith Telkom and we are forced to pay on accounts that we cant seem to cancel.
I am the owner of my business and have no knowledge how they can renew contracts that I haven't accepted.
Anyways, who uses Yellow Pages anymore sice we have Google, doesnt make any sense.
