Misleading sales

I was contacted by someone from Trudon, whom told me that they are an agent of Telkom, they used misleading tactics and told me that they just need to update our companies details in the directory, at this stage our Telkom account was already closed, and the fees wasn't fully disclosed. Bulldozing and misleading tactics were used. We expect Trudon to credit the full amount .
