Legal action action against a cancelled acount???

I had a Trudon account for a year, I think it was in 2012. I paid every month BY DEBIT ORDER!!!! Then cancelled at the end of my contract because the business was closed.Now I am getting legal threats 3 years later that I owe money. Impossible!!! I want all recorded calls and communication to be reviewed and Trudon to get their facts straight. And when I contact to try and resolve the issue, your number is not even working. But you want to take legal action against me?
