Is Trudon Yellow Pages a ****??

I have been billed R349 for my June/July 2023 Business Telkom account for a directory service I have not agreed too. All the numbers to contact them are not available I have called Telkom to escalate the issue but do not understand how Telkom can allow them to charge me on my Telkom account with whom I have the debit order agreement. I see this seems to be a common problem. Please could anyone assit to resolve this. After covid my business has taken a long time to recover. this is absolutely crippling if that is going to continue.
