Invoicing without our consent

Our business keeps on getting invoices from Trudon. We never consented to having an advert taken out and cannot get in touch with Trudon and were given assurance last month that the issue had been dealt with and that the transactions had been reversed and our account had been closed. This did not occur. No one returns calls or emails. Totally unacceptable. Please could a consultant get in touch with us immediately.
