Invoicing **** via Telkom Accounts

<p>These guys keep on invoicing us via Telkom for directory listings that we did not subscribe for. We stopped all listings with Trudon more than a year and a half ago, and it was acknowledged by them. Now suddenly this month we get invoiced via our Telkom Account for an extra R1700, for web and yellow page listings (new 1 year contract opened by Trudon, and we get billed monthly) – without our permission.</p> <p>Telkom bills us, but they can’t assist us with the problem – only Trudon can assist. The phones at Trudon keeps on ringing without any answer… this is one big **** with them hiding behind the Telkom invoicing machine.</p> <p>And if you don’t pay Trudon, Telkom cuts your telephone service.</p>
