incorrectly being billed by Trudon for a product not taken

Dispite numerous requests for a cancellation and a write off the monies owning i am still being harrased by Trudon/Revenue Consulting acting on behalf of Trudon. one of the consultants from Trudon called me some time ago and only confirmed some details but no where in the recording that i have in my possession was i asked if i want the product and no where did i agree to taking out this product and to this day Trudon cannot prove me otherwise. i need the CEO or MD to call me as this harrasment i am recieving it no on!!! Trudon needs to wake up and stop their non sense.
