******* Debiting via Telkom Account
<p>I've been trying since December to get some response from Trudon regarding what I consider the ******* debiting for a contract relating to a business I've never heard of, nor signed a contract for, on my home telephone account. Numerous mails and breakdowns have been sent but not one response to date. It is also a waste of time arguing with Telkom as they say they don't collect the funds, Trudon do but this amount is on a Telkom Account and they hold the belief that if I don't pay my account in full I'm likely to be cut off. I cannot believe that companies of this magnitude are permited to get away with what seems to be modern day piracy - this seems to be a very ingenious and lucrative ****!</p>

Hi Charnene, I'm really glad that I haven't been holding my breath waiting for Moya Sithole to get back to me! I have still not heard anything from your company and have since received another Telkom account STILL DEBITING me for a contract belonging to a Company I've never heard of on my private landline. Please advise urgently when I can expect to hear from someone or if I should rather look to alternative options to resolve this.
