******* billing, Complaint lodged with Consumer Commission

One of our sales assistants answered the phone and was asked to confirm the business's details. Trudon now insists that this constitutes an agreement where the charge us R1218 per month. No agreement was signed, yet they have informed us that they will deduct the funds anyway. I have just submitted a claim to the Consumer Commission with all our documentation and plan to submit that to Trudon along with our reference number with the NCC. This company has been consistently badgering us via phone and email for over two years. Such conduct can not be allowed to continue. I think its disgusting that the Yellow Pages associates itsself with them.
