I dare not publish the name on my mind.

What is the problem with this company? I Cancelled my agreement. I paid the balance due. Now they continue sending demands for a monthly installment on a Telkom number that does not exist. Every time I send them an email detailing my problem with paying the last few additional useless payments and asking for an explanation. I am ignored. I have now started being extremely insulting in my email responses. Still mo logical response.

Needless to say I responded rudely as I had no intention of EVER doing business with them. When she finally broke down and told me the reason for her contact. I forwarded a copy of my last reasonable email to them. It States;
Dear Trudon,

I sincerely hope the individual dealing with this issue is intelligent enough and can pay enough attention to understand the issue at hand and fix it.

Let me describe a summary of our situation.

For many years I used the Telkom number *** as both my personal landline as well as a Business landline including ADSL for a small business I set up in 2009. We used the Telkom Telephone Directory and the Yellow Pages to communicate *** to clients and potential clients.

2019 was a very difficult year for us and I considered shutting down. In December I reviewed my contract with Trudon and decided to cancel it. (See Trudon Contract) I calculated the Balance due to the end of the contract. Made a special payment (see December Payment) and advised you by email of my cancellation. When the December statement arrived I presumed that my Cancellation arrived too late for processing during December or that I had made an error in my calculation. Observe the Item Extraordinary Invoice dated 12/12/2019. This was paid in January.

Late in 2019 Fibre cabling was installed in my street. One Friday afternoon early in 2020 a young Black man knocked on my front door and proceeded to sell a Fibre connection to me to replace my ADSL connection via landline ***.

When I asked him how I can retain use of my *** telephone number. He explained that I should cancel my Telkom subscription and that his company would put me in touch with another company that could supply me with a special phone that can be connected via the Cellphone system on ***.

Like an idiot I believed him. I wasted lots of time with Telkom trying to get access to *** again. Eventually I had a Cellphone that if I called someone it told the receiver that my number was ***. BUT nobody could call me back on ***. I cancelled this.

Please explain to me why the latest statement from Trudon continued debiting me for advertising during January, February and March 2020 for a telephone number that does not exist AND had been cancelled and paid up late in 2019?
