I Cancel EVERY MONTH!!!!

<p>I run a business and ofcourse have a telkom telephone line. I have had directory entries for quite some time now and decided that it was no longer needed. i gave Telkom a call about 3 months ago and was told that they do not deal with that and i should call Trudon. Unaware that this company is a waste of time i gave them a call and was told to send an email stating that i want the directory enteries cancelled.</p> <p> </p> <p>THREE MONTHS LATER!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Nothing has been done about the cancellations, and i have now decided to leave Telkom and port to IP calling! BUT! My business line cannot be ported because of my unpaid account which i refuse to pay until these directory entries are cancelled. All Trudon keeps sending me is thank you emails, telling me they will contact me as soon as possible...</p>
