a Mr Olaf Brinkmann from Trudon came to see us at the beginning of the year to renew our print ads in the yellow pages and subsequently convinced us to make use of their digital marketing services. We were promised SEO on our website, a social media package, ad words and google ads, but since he walked away with the signed contract we have not seen or heard from anybody at Trudon. We've since been charged over R30 000 but we've literally received nothing for it. It is also impossible to get in touch with anybody over the phone as you go through to a call center and get cut off before you get to speak to anyone and emails are simply ignored. Please steer clear of Olaf Brinkmann and Trudon as they make false promises and charge you for work that never happens.
