Frustrating Trudon Employees and Telkom
I have been waiting for a response from Harriet Mdluli since Friday, 29 January 2021 regarding my cancelled contract. She has still not rep**** to my e-mail.
I also wrote an email to the billing department of Telkom also on Friday, they too have not responded to my e-mail. They have not even acknowledged that they have received my e-mail.
