I have made numerous queries about my account cancellation, with reference numbers, and sent in dispute emails as the call centre requests, yet Trudon continues to ignore my correspondence. <br> I have tried to cancel my contract continuously, and they refuse as they say the contract is renewed and signed for, which they were definately were not.<br> I suspect the sales rep from Trudon **********ly signed the documents, because no one is taking accountability. Trudon is only interested in taking the money, no after sales service.<br> Can someone please contact me before I take this matter up with the ombudsman, or the SAPS.<br> My dispute is outlined in the below sentence which was sent to [Email Removed] twice.<br> <br> According to your records you have a signed contract (Oct 2016) by Mrs Rosslyn Prinsloo for telephone number *** - Ref ***.
