I have two complaints about Telkom and Trudon, whereby Trudon keeps on charging me whereas i know nothing about Trudon and i never signed any Trudon document.<br> <br> (1) For my 1st Business line ***, reference *** and *** it appears that the Trudon sales consultant signed (*****) a contract on my company's behalf without my knowledge, and even titled me a Ms Tshepo whereas i am a Mr, whereby i have been paying for these services from last year and i would like an immediate refund because this is *****. i am giving this matter a 7 day period before contacting my legal team.<br> <br> (2) For my 2nd business line ***, reference number ***, which i acquired in March 2015, Trudon is still charging me, and i have never ever requested their services or signed anything with them, thus i would like an immediate refund for all the money that we have paid and termination of these services that WE NEVER requested.
