*****ulant behaviour and dishonesty

Trudon put the company I work for under false impression, phoning to update Telkom details which the accounts person comp**** to confirming as this was updating of the Telkom account. In the end an amount was rambled which was not heard by the person who was also not an authorised person to make decisions on extra expenses for the company, this was deducted from the Telkom account once in December, we cancelled with Telkom in December and then in April all of a sudden a Final demand was sent to the company to pay monies outstanding from January whereafter we immediately told them that we do not want it and never signed for anything and now all of a sudden they are demanding money for a service we know nothing about. And surely if this was part of Telkom it should have been cancelled as well when Telkom was cancelled, this is ridiculous to be held responsible for payment of something the company was not even aware of or signed anything for.We keep getting Final demands and threats of handover to lawyers, but when we try getting hold of someone to speak to it is with no success.
