*****elent billing by Trudon

Our telkom bill suddenly increased by R800 and upon investigation we found that we were being charged for the yellow pages which we never sign up for. I mean who uses the Yellow Pages these days?<br> <br> We phone telkom to stop the charges and get them reversed but they were completely unhelpful saying we must call a company called Trudin. When stated that its not Trudon we have a relationship with and it Telkom thats is *******ly taking our money they just repeated we should phone Trudon. (We will be moving from telkom as a result of this and using 100% voip instread0.)<br> <br> We contacted Trudon and just got told to send an email. We did that. No response. Instead they just tried to send us sign-up forms. We ask for our money back and no response. These guys are basically ********* that should go to jail for theft. Telkom is complicit in this crime. How can ICASA and the government let business operate without ethics and ********ly and no one goes to jail?<br> <br> Telkom have lost another cusomter and I am never going back. As for Trudon, I suspect they will be out of busiiness soon. We will be laying charges with the police for *****.<br>
