Forced to pay for advert that is incorrect

We have been given legal notice to pay for an advert in the internet yellow pages but the ad details are incorrect.<br> We contacted the sale rep and sent her numerous emails confirming notification that the email was incorrect but they still forcing us to pay the account. We tried calling the offices in Durban to resolve before emailing them but you cannot get a hold of anyone and only JHB was available. The Sales rep ignores our emails.<br> Really don't see why we must pay for an advert that is incorrect. We also tried canceling the online contract and were advise we cannot do so. The sale Rep advised that it was a monthly contact and could be cancelled at anytime.<br> I suggest people don't use their services at all. Its a nightmare.
