Fed-up

I received my Telkom bill in March and was surprised to see an additional amount, upon queries it was said that I subscribed to the yellow pages. I tried calling the numbers and sent numerous emails with no luck. I have been given different ticket numbers with no help. The telkom call center had also sent emails with no luck. I am stuck with this with interest building onto my account. This is so frustrating with no help from the company.
