Don't have a customer service department AT ALL

I have sent 10 emails to cancel the service with 4 email addresses and not had a response to any of them. They keep saying someone will respond within 2-3 days but no response for 2 months now. I've tried phoning all numbers given to me from telkom and none works. I want to cancel this useless service and it seems they deliberately do not come back so they can continue to ***** your money. Ticket Numbers given: 214426, 214425, 212115, 210673 etc etc etc
