DISHONEST COMPANY

Trudon added all kinds of charges to our Telkom account. We have tried for a year to get the situation sorted out. They finally gave us a portion of the ********ly added amounts back but not the VAT and interest. On top of that Telkom cut off our lines three times now for these charges and every time they expect us to pay R700 reconnection fee, while our actual account is up to date. When you hear it is Trudon on the line, whack the phone right down in their ear! Trudon - don't even bother responding because I see your responses are copy and paste, just like Sanral's.
