disgusting service.

I have never agreed to any adverts telephonically or in writing. I am a small business and in 2018 I realised I was charged R300 every month for a yellow pages directory advert which I did not agree to. After numerous calls and emailed I was credited eventually. I am having the same problem this year. However, I have tried every contact number and email I can find and cannot get through. Kindly advise if anyone can assist as I cannot afford to pay an extra R300 for no reason. I am appalled at the service. This company doesn't even deserve one star. I have tried everything and at my wits end. Can someone please contact me from this company ASAP.
