Disgusting (non-existent) service

I have been trying for weeks to get hold of someone to cancel a service that we categorically declined on the phone. No one answers, I have three different tickets generated but no one follows up and it is getting beyond ridiculous. Where to from here? Lawyer? I will not be paying for this add-on as it was not requested. I had this problem a few years ago so Trudon gets a big, fat thumbs down from me.
