Debuts occur after a year of silence and no performance

I sign up for some advertising over a year ago. I constantly get bombarded from sales agents thereafter trying to sell me the package I've signed up for. The ad is a mess, details are incorrect no follow ups, no proofs, no results.... Nothing. I get a call a week ago. This guy says hi, the person u were dealing with has left and I'm taking over. I see u paid for the service but nothing was done. I'm going to get it sorted and we can go on. He just wants to confirm my details. I say fine, we go through all the details. When I'm reminded about the monthly fee I decide that I would not like to go on with this based on the poor previous performance. I'm happy to let them have the money I paid for nothing and move on.

I very clearly say that I would not like to continue.

This morning, I am being debited by trudon for a service.

What a waste of time.

This company failed to keep up with the times and now they are trying to become relevant 25 years too late.
