Customer Care - PAR Excellence

I advertised my business in the yellow pages for many years with great service. Unfortunately, the last contract was drawn by a new representative and she ********ly changed the contract to a much higher value.I assume she received commission on the value of the contract she signs on. The billing is usually done by Telkom who has a contract with Trudon to collect their advertising monies.
