Contract instated WITHOUT consent

Late last year(October 2024), a lady claiming to be from the Yellow Pages called our office and asked me to confirm business name and contact details. Then as from November a "contract" charge of R449.00 for Info 2050 info3 TYP and Web 2050 Info3 TYP was added to our Telkom account. I called telkom and they said it was for a contract with TRUDON(publishers of Yellow Pages). I have never heard of the company. None of the contact numbers work.Telkom says they cant help me as they dont deal with contracts.How can Telkom allow this? this "contract" was added without authorization or consent.Please can someone from Trudon contact me urgently.
