Complaint against trudon and reps

I have endless problems. I have cancelled my contracts with them in march 2050but was billed from them until a month ago. It made my telkom bill so high that i could not pay it and now it has been suspended nor can i do any changes on it. We have not had a salesrep visiting us since January 2019. Service is pathetic. We do not have telkom lines dince october 2019 as the cables were ******. Can somebody assist me to get my account sorted out please. I will really appreciate it. I had endless phonecall with tjem and still it is not sorted. I think they are there to **** people on advertising just to get commissions and if you want to cancel they dont want to.
