Cannot cancel our Telkom Digital Marketing for 6 months plus but billed for

We Are Claremont Refrigeration and for more than 6 Months have been billed for R3000 per month for a service WE just cannot Cancel because they are unreachable by PH Or email , the email address they use , you cannot reply too HOW STUPID can one get Then you have to use Telkom with the most useless untrained *********** uninformed personnel on the planet , who call you re your unpaid bill days before due but dont have a clue what the amount is or any details thereof ABS pathetic While i have lost over R18k so far as a micro business
