Cancellation of service

<p>I noticed 3 months ago that we were being charged for directory services. </p> <p>We tried to get these cancelled but were told that we would need to wait the 12 months for it to run out. </p> <p>The amount was +/- R200 so we didnt fight it. </p> <p> </p> <p>We then received about 4 phone calls offering us additional services which we Expressly REFUSED. I just cheked our bill and we are now bein billed R900 per month. WHAT THE HELL. I need answers and a reversal. I even told the operators we are currently trying to get out of our contract so there could be zero confusion. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can soeone please show us the recorded message where we accepted this contract?? </p> <p> </p>
