Billing received for services not asked for
How we will not find you
We cancelled our service Nov 2018 - suddenly we receive statements for services delivered from Oct 2019 and 2020. We do not even own a Telkom line. Truly Trudon please find other revenue streams, don't create something that never existed. We will find you as their call centre voice-hold states - really how will you find us if we can't even find you? No one answers Also, none responded to the email. Really please sort this out urgently.
