Being billed for another entity's contract

I took over ownership of a Telkom landline (residential) after purchasing the property. Neither the previous owner nor Telkom ever mentioned a contract with Trudon on this number. I noticed the item of R119 ex VAT on my Telkom invoices.<br> Since July 2015 I have been trying to get this cancelled. At first I was told (a couple of times) that it would be removed. After another 2, 3 months of it not being cancelled that I have to prove that I was the owner of the property. Still no success. Then that the previous owner had to cancel this. She apparently contacted Trudon, but to no avail. I am still being billed for a contract between two parties that I did not form part on. Telkom apparently has no control over this - although they bill me on Trudon's behalf.<br> <br> It is of course impossible to get hold of someone at Trudon, either via their customer care email address or via telephone. I feel it is nothing less than ********.
