Bad Service from Yellow Pages

The consultant was very quick to sign me up so that he can get his commision, but he has p;aced the web ad with all the wrong details, and i can get hold of anyone to help me set this right. I have sent emails, tried to phone, and spent hours trying to resolve this. I hope this reaches someone who can help me
